Dawn - Alpha Playtest
A downloadable dawn
FEAR DAYLIGHT
Dawn is a dark fantasy post-apocalyptic survival horror game set in the ruins of a magical industrial revolution. Explore a surreal world overtaken by nature, where the horrors of the apocalypse emerge during the day and lie dormant by nightfall.
You are a corpse—resurrected 17 years after the world fell to ruin. The only thing keeping your body animate is a small pink flower embedded in your skull.
PLAYTEST NOTICE
This is a playtest demo of an early access build coming to steam soon! This does not represent the final product in quality, there are still more features we plan to add before the early access launch. We hope you enjoy this first demo!
Please note: we are aware of the audio issues, we have decided to focus more on gameplay and visuals for this playtest build and work on audio some time before launch in an updated playtest.

Dawn offered a fun and unique story with interesting combat mechanics and a beautifully complex enemy. It falls nothing short of an interesting time. Though I wish combat felt a bit more polished, I acknowledge this is a play test and the developer will likely spend plenty of time between now and release touching up on these things. Do yourself a favor and follow the developer on social media. They often post beautiful screenshots and detailed looks into what they are working on. Dawn is something that I will be following closely, and I do not do that often, even with triple A games.
